Pay-to-Park Parking Pass
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
The City of Celina is offering a limited number of paid parking passes for onsite grass parking at First United Methodist Church, conveniently located directly across from Old Celina Park.
Don’t miss out! Pay-to-Park Passes are limited, so secure yours now to enjoy convenient parking near the Splash & Blast event site and easy access to all the fun! Tickets go on sale June 5 at 10 AM.
SPLASH & BLAST PAY-TO-PARK PARKING PASS
Cost: $25 per vehicle (plus service fees)

Parking Lot Hours: 4:30 PM to 11:00 PM on Saturday, June 28, 2025
Vehicle Removal Deadline: All vehicles must be removed by 8:00 AM on Sunday, June 28. Any vehicles remaining after this time will be relocated at the owner's expense.

One parking pass is required per vehicle.

No re-entry. Once a vehicle exits the parking area, the parking pass becomes invalid for re-entry.

Oversized vehicles, trailers, RVs, and buses are not permitted.

Limited ADA-accessible parking is available for purchase within the Splash & Blast Pay-to-Park area on a first-come, first-served basis. All vehicles must purchase parking and display a valid state-issued disabled parking placard or license plate to access ADA-designated spaces. Free ADA-accessible shuttle service will also be available from Celina High School. For additional shuttle information, please visit the Official Splash & Blast website.

Outside alcoholic beverages may not be brought into or taken out of the event grounds. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase onsite.

Event Shuttles
FREE Park and Ride Shuttles to and from the event will be available from 5 - 11 PM. Pick-Up Location is Celina High School (3455 N Preston Rd, Celina, TX 75009). Shuttle service from Celina High School to Splash & Blast at Old Celina Park will have its final departure to the festival at 9:00 PM. Return shuttle service from the festival back to Celina High School will begin following the conclusion of the fireworks show and continue until 11:00 PM.
There is no free onsite public parking allowed or vehicle ride share drop-offs at the event site.

Dogs
Animals, except ADA-certified service animals, are not permitted on shuttles. Due to the nature of the event, it is recommended that you leave any non-service animals at home during the drone & firework show.
High temperatures and loud fireworks cause high levels of anxiety and stress from dogs. If you decide to bring your dog, they must always remain on a leash, and owners are required to pick up pet waste.
Safety
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the Celina Police Department and a dedicated security team will be present.
The Celina Police Tent serves as our official hub for both Lost & Found and Lost Children. Our team is there to assist you and ensure everyone is reunited safely. The Celina Police Tent is located Northwest of the stage. Parents can pick-up a free child ID bracelet here.

*Applications are through Eventeny, which is a free platform for vendors to create a profile and apply. Please note, all applying vendors are required to enter a credit/debit card. Once approved to participate, you will be sent an approved message & invoice through Eventeny (also sent to your email). Payment will automatically be charged 5 business days after payment notification using the card you applied with. Please contact events@celina-tx.gov if you have any questions or concerns.
