For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are not permitted within the festival grounds:

Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into or taken out of the festival event site. Alcohol will be available for purchase on site.

Canopies, tent structures, or any items that may obstruct views or be deemed unsafe

Professional video, audio, or recording equipment

Drones or any remote-controlled flying devices

Unauthorized flyers, promotional materials, solicitation, or giveaways

Bicycles, scooters, ATVs, golf carts, or other wheeled vehicles not required for medical use

Animals, except ADA-certified service animals, are not permitted on shuttles. Due to the nature of the event, it is recommended that you leave any non-service animals at home. High temperatures and loud fireworks cause high levels of anxiety and stress from dogs. If you decide to bring your dog, they must always remain on a leash, and owners are required to pick up pet waste.

Splash & Blast is an outdoor, rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued for temporary evacuations due to weather. In the event of severe weather, the festival may be temporarily evacuated until it is safe to return. Festival organizers will work closely with public safety authorities and artist management to determine the safest course of action. Every effort will be made to minimize delays or cancellations.

The City of Celina is not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles. Please secure all valuables and lock your vehicle. Unauthorized or overnight parking may result in ticketing or towing at the owner’s expense.

Disorderly, unlawful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees engaging in such behavior may be removed from the event by festival security or Celina Police. This includes, but is not limited to, fighting, harassment, unauthorized access to restricted areas, illegal substance use, or underage drinking.

By attending Splash & Blast, you consent to security screening upon entry and at any time deemed necessary to ensure the safety of all attendees. Prohibited items and policies are subject to change at the discretion of festival security and Celina Police.

By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken at the event to be used for promotional purposes across City of Celina platforms, including website, social media, and marketing materials.

Any items considered unsafe or inappropriate for the well-being of festival attendees and participants are strictly prohibited.

A valid government-issued ID is required for all alcohol purchases. Attendees must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.

The City of Celina reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with festival policies. Celina Police or festival security will escort non-compliant attendees from the premises.

Will there be free park-and-ride shuttles to the festival?

Yes, free park-and-ride shuttles are available at Celina High School, 3455 N Preston Rd, Celina, TX 75009 from 2:00 – 9:00 PM.

Shuttle service from Celina High School to Splash & Blast at Old Celina Park will have its final departure to the festival at 9:00 PM. Return shuttle service from the festival back to Celina High School will begin following the conclusion of the fireworks show and continue until 11:00 PM.
Is ADA Accessible parking available at Splash & Blast?

Yes. Limited ADA Accessible parking is available for purchase within the Splash & Blast Pay-to-Park area on a first-come, first-served basis. All vehicles must purchase parking and display a valid state-issued accessible parking placard or license plate to access ADA Accessible spaces. Free ADA Accessible shuttle service will also be available from Celina High School. For additional shuttle information, please visit the official Splash & Blast website.

Can Kids Attend This Event?

Yes! Splash & Blast is a family-friendly event featuring a free Kids Zone with water slides, foam pits, bounce houses, and Arts & Crafts. Returning this year is the Baby Playland, a dedicated space for children ages 3 and under.
Will there be a dedicated space for Nursing Mothers & Baby Changing?

Yes! The Baby Care Zone sponsored by Children’s Health is located near the Kids Zone. Complete with A/C, rocking chairs, and changing tables.
Will There be adequate security?

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the Celina Police Department and a dedicated security team will be present.
What payment options are there?

Card payments are preferred throughout the festival. Please note that all bars and the Parking Pass Lot are card-only.
Can I bring prescription medication into the festival?

Yes. Prescription medications are permitted. For a smooth entry, we recommend keeping medications in their original containers.
Do you have a lost & found on-site?

The EDC Building (302 W Walnut St) serves as our official hub for both Lost & Found and Lost Children. Our team is there to assist you and ensure everyone is reunited safely.
What happens if there is inclement weather?

The festival is a rain-or-shine event. We actively monitor weather conditions in coordination with our Emergency Management Team to ensure the safety of attendees, vendors, and staff. If any weather-related changes become necessary, updates will be communicated through our official social media channels (@LifeinCelinaTX) and our website at www.LifeinCelinaTX.com, as well as on-stage announcements.
