Prohibited Items

​For the safety and enjoyment of all attendees, the following items are not permitted within the festival grounds: 
  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into or taken out of the festival event site. Alcohol will be available for purchase on site. 

  • All bags and coolers are subject to security screening upon entry 

  • Canopies, tent structures, or any items that may obstruct views or be deemed unsafe 

  • Illegal substances 

  • Open flames, grills, or cooking equipment 

  • Glass containers 

  • Professional video, audio, or recording equipment  

  • Fireworks, sparklers, laser pointers, confetti, explosives, or any item deemed unsafe 

  • Drones or any remote-controlled flying devices 

  • Professional-grade two-way radios or walkie talkies 

  • Unauthorized flyers, promotional materials, solicitation, or giveaways 

  • Bicycles, scooters, ATVs, golf carts, or other wheeled vehicles not required for medical use 

  • Animals, except ADA-certified service animals, are not permitted on shuttles or within ticketed areas (CCF VIP Experience or CCF Lawn)

General Information & Policies
  • All ticket sales are final. Please refer to Prekindle’s refund policy for additional details. 

  • Celina Cajun Fest is an outdoor, rain or shine event. No refunds will be issued for temporary evacuations due to weather. In the event of severe weather, the festival may be temporarily evacuated until it is safe to return. Festival organizers will work closely with public safety authorities and artist management to determine the safest course of action. Every effort will be made to minimize delays or cancellations.

  • Performance times and event details are subject to change without notice. Please check back prior to the event for the most up-to-date information. 

  • The City of Celina, artists, vendors, sponsors, and affiliated partners are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. 

  • The City of Celina is not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles. Please secure all valuables and lock your vehicle. Unauthorized or overnight parking may result in ticketing or towing at the owner’s expense.

  • Disorderly, unlawful, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Attendees engaging in such behavior may be removed from the event by festival security or Celina Police. This includes, but is not limited to, fighting, harassment, unauthorized access to restricted areas, illegal substance use, or underage drinking.  

  • By attending Celina Cajun Fest, you consent to security screening upon entry and at any time deemed necessary to ensure the safety of all attendees. Prohibited items and policies are subject to change at the discretion of festival security and Celina Police. 

  • By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken at the event to be used for promotional purposes across City of Celina platforms, including website, social media, and marketing materials. 

  • Any items considered unsafe or inappropriate for the well-being of festival attendees and participants are strictly prohibited. 

  • A valid government-issued ID is required for all alcohol purchases. Attendees must be 21 or older to consume alcohol. 

  • The City of Celina reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual who fails to comply with festival policies. Celina Police or festival security will escort non-compliant attendees from the premises. 

FAQ's

Is the event free to the public? 

  • Celina Cajun Fest is a free public event. Access to the CCF Lawn and the CCF VIP Experience requires a valid ticket specific to that designated area. All guests, regardless of age, must have the corresponding ticket to enter each area. 

How much are tickets? 

  • Crawfish Platters - $20 Presale online / $30 at event + fees (while supplies last) 

  • CCF Lawn - $20 + fees (Limited availability. Get yours now before they sell out.)     

  • CCF VIP - $150 + fees (Limited availability. Get yours now before they sell out.)     

  • All guests, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for entry into the designated CCF Lawn or CCF VIP areas. 

When does presale pricing for crawfish platters end? 

  • Presale crawfish platters pricing ends at 11:59PM on Friday, May 9.  

What time is presale crawfish guaranteed at the festival? 

  • Claim your catch! Pre-sale Crawfish Platters tickets must be redeemed by 6:00 PM. 

Where do I park? 

  • Free public parking is located in Downtown Celina. Click here to view the public parking Downtown map

  • Free park and ride shuttles available at Celina High School, 3455 N Preston Rd, Celina, TX 75009 and Moore Middle School, 300 E G.A. Moore Pkwy, Celina, TX 75009. Shuttles are running from 2 – 10 PM. 

Will there be free park-and-ride shuttles to the festival? 

  • Yes, free park and ride shuttles are available at Celina High School, 3455 N Preston Rd, Celina, TX 75009 and Moore Middle School, 300 E G.A. Moore Pkwy, Celina, TX 75009. Shuttles are running from 2 – 10 PM. 

Can I Bring A Chair? 

  • Lawn chairs are welcome in designated areas of the festival; however, umbrellas, canopies, and tents are prohibited.

What Are Gate Times? 

  • Event opens at 2 PM f

  • Eli Young Band 7:45 PM 

  • William Clark Green 6 PM 

  • Honey Island Swamp Band 4:30 PM

What times are the Gator Shows? 

  • 3:30 and 5:30 PM – (The petting zoo is open before and after each show. Please note this is a paid activity managed by Gator Country.) Performance and petting zoo times a are subject to change without notice. 

Will there be alcohol for sale? 

  • Yes, visit our festival bars for a variety of beer and wine offerings. 

  • Alcoholic beverages may not be brought into or taken out of the festival event site. 

Will there be any other food options available other than crawfish? 

  • Yes! In addition to our crawfish boil, a diverse selection of food will be available for purchase from festival vendors and Downtown businesses. 

Can Kids Attend This Event? 

  • Yes! Celina Cajun Fest is a family-friendly event featuring a free Kids Zone with mechanical rides and bounce houses. 

Will There be adequate security? 

  • To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, the Celina Police Department and a dedicated security team will be present. 

What payment options are there? 

  • Card payments are preferred throughout the festival. Please note that all bars and the Ticket Tent are card-only, though select vendors may accept cash. 

Will there be ATMs on-site? 

  • No. Card payments are preferred throughout the festival. We recommend bringing cash with you, as some of our Market Vendors may not accept credit cards. 

Can I bring prescription medication into the festival? 

  • Yes. Prescription medications are permitted. For a smooth entry, we recommend keeping medications in their original containers. 

Do you have a lost & found on-site?  

  • The EDC Building (302 W Walnut St) serves as our official hub for both Lost & Found and Lost Children. Our team is there to assist you and ensure everyone is reunited safely. 

What happens if there is inclement weather? 

  • The festival is a rain-or-shine event. We actively monitor weather conditions in coordination with our Emergency Management Team to ensure the safety of attendees, vendors, and staff. If any weather-related changes become necessary, updates will be communicated through our official social media channels (@LifeinCelinaTX) and our website at www.LifeinCelinaTX.com, as well as on-stage announcements.
